We are a walking club that empowers people of all ages and abilities to be regularly active in the outdoors and offer many different levels of weekly walks which include Wellness walks, (Includes Bird Watching, Connecting with Nature, Tai Chi Movements for Wellbeing) Total Body Fitness walks and Explorer walks.
We offer a FREE Discover WALX session where the participant will learn about our club and get more out of walking, learn how to walk well, how to improve strength, balance and improved range of movement and a taste of Total Body Walking with poles. We enable you to enjoy the best local walking with experienced guides. Our shared enjoyment of the great outdoors and our beautiful county and parklands gives us many opportunities to socialise and to move more in a safe and effective way.
